Each student is eligible for up to two make-up classes per term.

Let us know before your child’s regular class begins to be eligible.

Make-up classes must be used within the same term as the missed class.

What if there isn't a suitable make-up class?

Make-up classes depend on availability. We will do our best to find an alternative, but options are not guaranteed if classes are full.

Why do make-up classes need to be completed within the same term?

For consistency in learning routines and choreography, classes cannot be rolled over to the next term.

What if my child misses more than two classes?

We cap make-ups at two per term to ensure class sizes remain manageable and fair for enrolled students.

What about extended illness or travel?

Please contact our administration team directly to discuss extended absences.

Good to know

Make-up classes are subject to availability and cannot be refunded, credited, transferred or carried into another term.

Do I Need to Let You Know If My Child Will Be Away?

Yes. Please let us know before your child’s class begins to be eligible for a make-up class. Absences reported after the class starts are not eligible.
