Life with kids is busy. Our make-up policy gives families some flexibility while keeping class numbers and teaching quality manageable for everyone.
Tell us before class
To be eligible for a make-up class, please notify us before your child’s regular class begins.
Up to two per term
Our standard policy allows a maximum of two make-up classes per student, per term.
Use it in the same term
Make-up classes must be completed within the same term as the missed class and cannot be carried forward.
Simple, flexible and subject to availability.
Contact us before the scheduled class starts.
We’ll look for an appropriate class with space available.
The make-up must be taken within the same term.
Good to know
Make-up classes are subject to availability. If a suitable class is unavailable, or the options offered cannot be attended, the missed class is not eligible for a refund, credit or transfer. Unused make-ups expire at the end of the term.
Extended illness
If your child is away for an extended period due to illness and you can provide a medical certificate, contact us. We may be able to consider an alternative arrangement depending on the circumstances.
Extended travel
If your family will be away for an extended period, contact us before your trip. Any alternative arrangement is considered case-by-case and must be approved by Leaps N Beats Dance.
