-Term fee invoices will be sent out via email
-Fees are to be paid by the due date written on the term fee invoice
-Free trial class are not included on the term fees
-Term fees are paid upfront for the whole term, please note deductions will NOT be made for classes child has missed while enrolled with Leaps N Beats Dance
-All fees are inclusive of GST
-Fees are NOT payable by class (with an exception to grown up fitness classes)
-NO refunds will be given once the term has commenced if you choose to terminate
-If fees are paid late a fee of $5.00 will be added each week the fees are outstanding
-NO refunds if you choose to not come to classes
-If you are enrolled for the term but do not show up you will still be charged
-Fees are to be paid via cash, bank transfer, credit card payments only
-If you are paying by credit card there will be a 1.9% surcharge added to your fees
-Make up classes are only legible if you notify us before the lesson.
-Make up classes don’t carry on from term to term, they must be done within the term the class is missed.
